With the in house tooling design and prototyping facilities ,parts are well validated even before they are taken to the design for the progressive tool design section. We offer Stamping Parts to our clients. Progressive tools designed with qualification and experience  are well executed  within the well equipped tool room with a range of machines like Sodick wire cuts and machining centers and spark EDMs.

Such precision made tooling are inspected and validated at various stages before they are taken into the stamping section which is equipped with the most advanced press technologies from around the world.with over 18 high speed lines, flexibility in production is achieved with ease.Use of top notch stamping machines backed by Japanese Yamada Dobby technology is a perfect balance with accuracy and unmatched  speed.

Accuracy supported with matching machines like H frame presses from Yamada Dobby and Taiwanese multi slide forming machines help us in delivering an unprecedented product quality hitherto unheard in Indian Industries.Of course these are all validated through the systems under ISTS 16694.

With .presses  capable of meter long tools, complicated bending parts can be easily manufactured on multinational  progressive tools. Successful products find wide range of application in Auto.,Auto electric, switchgear,appliances, relays and telecommunication industries. Tolerance range handled are minute with many tolerance ranging in +/- 0.02 levels and angular dimensions in the range of +/- 2 degrees.

  Accumulated experience of 15 years has clearly established engineering excellence delivering complex parts in both multi slide and stamping operations. Assembled parts are also manufactured in progressive tools where 2 different stamped parts are assembled to form a single part.
